  • Tailored plant

    Preconditioning Oil-Bearing Material for Maximum Extraction

    The plant endlessly processes raw materials for high oil yield and top-quality defatted meal. A slow-moving articulated band conveyor inside a fully enclosed extractor ensures controlled extraction. Structured with a perforated sheet and wire mesh, it permits smooth miscella percolation. Strategically placed sprays apply miscella and solvent in a counter-current flow to maximize oil extraction. Percolated miscella flows into hoppers, while extracted meal moves via a vapor-sealed chain conveyor to the desolventizing section for further processing.

    Desolventization Process for Extracted Marc

    Our extensive, yet abridged process ensures effective hexane recovery and sustains protein quality. Unlike standard 7-8 stage designs, our 6-stage desolventizing process. We use direct and indirect heating that preserves nutrients and ensures efficient solvent removal. Our operative structure reduces thermal degradation, enhances the overall digestibility of the meal, and reduces heat impact while retaining essential amino acids. The final product turns into edible animal feed and suitable for other applications. Our precision-controlled system enhances energy efficiency and high-quality output.

  • Advanced-Technology

    Miscella Distillation Process

    Our three-stage distillation process comprises special features to ensure high-quality oil with good color and purity, ultimately, and also free from volatiles and moisture that could increase FFA levels during storage. In the first stage, 50% of the hexane is removed using a Rising Film Evaporator, which operates with hot vapors from the Desolventizer Toaster (DT), making it an energy-saving device. In the second stage, a Rising Film unit eliminates 98% of the hexane using steam. During the last and final stage, any leftover or excessive hexane is removed through vacuum stripping with open steam, and the oil is dried to the required level with a vacuum drier, thus ensures high-quality oil that stays stable during storage.

  • Quality-assurance

    Absorption System for Efficient Solvent Recovery

    Our hexane recovery minimizes solvent loss and meets safety standards that include water-cooled condensers, a vent condenser, and a mineral oil absorber. We remove residual vapor using a vacuum pump, passing through a vent condenser. Air is filtered by absorption tower, and mineral oil seizes residual hexane. We comply with statutory norms for handling food-grade n-Hexane across global installations. We offer SCADA-based PLC automation for our solvent extraction plants upon request. Our automation is tailored to customers’ specific needs.
